Foster Leadership
  • Provide opportunities for County Farm Bureau women to participate in leadership training. Resources are available through the State Farm Bureau.
  • Encourage and provide opportunities for women to serve as elected officials in county or state Farm Bureau and on commodity advisory committees.
  • Provide opportunities for County Farm Bureau women to attend at least one leadership conference per year.
