On the next screen, you will be asked to enter your Utah Farm Bureau membership number and your zip code. This information can be found on your renewal form.
To ensure your dues payment is applied to the correct account, entry of your member account number will be required. Your membership account # is a 7 digit number beginning with 95 (i.e. 9500000).
Non-payment or renewal of membership dues may result in the cancellation of your insurance policy. Authorized payments will be posted to your account within the next business day.
Your zip code is part of your address on the left side of the stub. You should enter only the first 5 digits. For example, if your zip code is shown as 84058-5655, you will enter 84058.
Warning! This payment option is not for policy payments. Payment options include:
- $65 Membership: Required on insurance policies or volunteer memberships.
- $165 Century Club Membership: A voluntary contribution of $100, in addition to the regular Farm Bureau Annual dues of $65, which helps provide additional financial resources to protect private property rights, water rights, public lands grazing, representing agriculture in the courts, protecting the Greenbelt law and more.
- Registration for either our Mid-Year or Annual Conventions (details given in the Utah Farm Bureau News the month prior to the convention)
